Whilst having a trawl of the net I came across an article originally printed in The Guardian in July 2010. The perception of home brewing in the UK is still invariably stuck in a 1970’s timewarp of Boots kits, old men in tatty jumpers and stuff made to be 10% by adding loads of sugar, and then it having no real taste whatsoever.
This is so far removed from the reality today, and this article goes to show what is going on.
