For 2014 the brew group has decided to shuffle things around a little. The annual taste and swap has moved back from its traditional summer date, to 5th October. This is to take it away from the pressures of summer holidays, and also to open up the opportunity for those that brew in the spring and autumn months to bring some fresh beers along.
The group has decided that we would revisit the comparison brew concept. This year the theme is a Single Hop beer. A common set of grain and yeast ingredients will be supplied (at cost) and the group will compare hops from a particular region of the world.
