UPDATE

The tour of the Wychwood Brewery has been delayed until The early part of 2012. This is to allow the brewery to get over their Christmas rush and also to hopefully free up the brewers to give us the tour they would like us to have.

Sorry for the inconvenience, but hopefully it should allow us the opportunity to get one of the brewers to carry out the tour and help out with hopefully the much more in depth questions we may field.

Oxford Brewers Group will be going to the Wychwood Brewery, based in Witney Oxfordshire, to take a tour of their facilites. Wychwood Brewery was the very first brewery the group visited back in 2007.

Back then we were made very welcome by the then second brewer, who showed us round the whole facility, and was very welcoming of our slightly more awkward questions that fellow brewers ask. The tour even took a bit of a detour and we visited their quality control lab to view yeast under the microscope.

Since this original tour, the group has grown and changed, and it was thought that a return to what was once a micro brewery, and has now grown, to sell its beers in an international arena.
