The Oxford Brewers Group visited the Cotswold Brewing Company in August 2009. Richard Keene made everyone welcome and we had a great chat about what we, as home brewers get up to, and how this differs to his work. One of the reasons for visiting the Cotswold Brewing Company was that they specialise in brewing lagers and German style ales, which is quite uncommon in todays micro brewery industry. It was an insight and spurred a number of us to try brewing beers that require lagering.
